The Everyday Athlete program is based on factual, scientific data, for both men and women. Time to eject the typical strength training image of a typical gym with weights and nothing else. Training sessions are easily modified for all fitness levels and goals - from beginners to the up and coming athlete.
We utilise the big 3 lifts, body weight movements, kettlebells, resistance bands, dumbbells, prowlers, sleds, core training, and much more for the most progressive and results oriented strength training experience.
You don’t have to be in good shape to start the program, you just have a committed mind. In response, we offer proven programs implemented by degreed and certified strength & conditioning coaches dedicated to supporting our online community to higher levels of fitness. Through our progressive, functional, and challenging workouts, clients experience training in the most unique athletic programaround.

HP ATHLETE SUBSCRIPTION $105 per month
All of Valley Strength and Conditionings performance programs are designed to catered to look after your strength and conditioning needs for 52 weeks of the year. At different stages throughout the year you are going to need different approaches to help maintain and build your overall athleticism.
If we are in the off season we are working on weakness, rehabbing potential niggles from the past season and increasing your base, remember the wider the base of the pyramid the higher its peak will be.
Pre Season we will be helping you peak for the season, priming all that off season work so we hit the start of the season in peak condition.
And In season training to help you improve your overall athletic condition while specifically managing your workloads to make sure you not overtraining and exposing yourself to injury throughout the season.
Our programs will will help develop your overall athleticism. Build strength, speed, explosiveness and specific conditioning for your sport, as well as work on fixing overuse and mobility issues to prepare you to perform at your peak and take you to the next level.

PROGRAMS
BASE: 8 WEEK FOUNDATION PROGRAM $200
Our 8-week Foundation program is designed to prepare you for our Everyday Athlete Program. This comprehensive program focuses on building a strong foundation in terms of fitness and strength. Through a combination of cardio exercises, resistance training, and functional movements, you will enhance your overall fitness level and improve your athletic performance. By the end of the program, you will have developed the necessary skills and endurance to transition seamlessly into our Everyday Athlete Program and achieve keep building to becoming a Everyday Athlete
RUGBY: 10 WEEK PRE SEASON PROGRAM $175
The Preseason Block will focus on developing Maximal Strength through the Compound lifts with Assistance Work to develop Hypertrophy and to work on common weaknesses that individuals have.
Our Conditioning element will continue to work on the development of Aerobic Base.The aerobic system is important for us as it provides a significant amount of the energy for actions on the pitch and will replenish the phosphocreatine stores during all low-intensity activities. In addition, it has been shown that players with a good level of aerobic conditioning are able to perform more high-intensity efforts during a match than those with lower levels because of the aerobic system’s influence on recovery!

RUGBY: 12 WEEK OFF SEASON PROGRAM $175
Traditionally the Off Season has been a period of complete rest, however, this phase is a crucial part in any rugby players calendar. It is important that any ongoing injuries are addressed and treated, as well as a period of relaxation and time away from rugby.
The Off Season should be a period of moderate intensity training to prevent substantial
detraining occurring. During the Off season we want to mix up your training environment, consider training in a different environment than you have done all year round.

JUMP LAB: 12 Week Plyometric Onboarding Program $175
This 12 week program will set you up for the high demands of jump training, a simple yet very effect training plan that will help increase your vert but help with building you into a durable athlete. This program is a must for new to jump program athletes or anyone that has had a break from plyometric training and wants to start back working on their Bounce
