INTRODUCTORY program

Our Introductory program is a 12 week body weight based program that utilises basic plyometric and strength progression with some jump mechanics sprinkled in that will take your bounce and COD (change of direction) to the next level.
The Intro program is ideal for to new to training athletes or vets of the game that are just getting back into it, this will help prepare your body for the court and/or progressing to one of our S&C programs.

Off Season S&C Program

Off season training is where you build/increase your base, remember the wider the base of the pyramid the higher its peak will be. Let us at the jump lab help you increase your ceiling as a player with our evidence and practiced based off season training programs.
The off season program is designed for intermediate to experienced athletes and will help develop your overall athleticism. Build strength, speed, explosiveness and basketball specific conditioning as well as work on fixing overuse and mobility issues to prepare you to hit the new season in the shape you have ever.

In Season S&C Program

The in season program is designed to help you improve your overall athletic condition while specifically managing your workloads to make sure you not overtraining and exposing yourself to injury throughout the season.
This program is tailored to the athlete and is designed around the amount of on court work you have in season.
To often our athletes are playing and training multiple times per week and for us to add in extra stresses like resistance training can push athletes over the edge and some athletes feel it effects trainings and game day performance.
This is where in season scheduling has to be a little specific to the athlete and a one size fits all approach does not always work. The overall goal is to manage stress and keep you healthy. The in-season program is the time to continue to progress to ensure you are at your best for the entire length of their season.
