Set 1:
EMOM For 12 mins
a) Kettlebell Swings x 20 reps
b) L Seated DB Press x 10 reps 
c) Dumbbell Walking Lunge x 20m

Set 2
6 min AMRAP of:
6 x Dumbbell Thrusters
6 x Toes to bar/Knee Raises

Set 3
Every 2mins with 2mins rest x 3 (12mins)
Air Bike/row 15/10
AMRAP Man Makers

(Man-Makers = Row left, Push-Up, Row right, Power Clean, Push Press)
