Fitness Program - Wednesday 13th September

Set 1
Every 90 seconds for 18mins
a) L-Seated DB Press x 12 reps 
b) DB Renegade Squat (off boxes) x 10
c) Side Plank x 30 sec each side


Set 2
In teams of two, partners alternate whole rounds to complete AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
10 Wall Ball Shots
10 Burpees

These names are really new for me. I haven't heard of these types of workout programs before. It all sounds too hard and long for me to do. I'm not going to make any reason, though, cause I still plan to finish your guide. I'll have to ask my mentor for some instruction and guidance first. I know that he'll help me understand your constructive post.
