These names are really new for me. I haven't heard of these types of workout programs before. It all sounds too hard and long for me to do. I'm not going to make any reason, though, cause I still plan to finish your guide. I'll have to ask my mentor for some instruction and guidance first. I know that he'll help me understand your constructive post.
