 6 x Box Jumps

Set 3
Every 3mins Complete
Run 400 Meters
Max Cals Air Bike / Row / Sled Push Lengths 

Rest 3 minutes

Repeat x 2

To be fit means to be healthy, first. You can be healthy by starting a difference in your lifestyle. Regular exercise and balance diet are the primary things to consider in being healthy. When you want to be fit, extraneous exercise routine as stated in the blog post is needed. As a parent and a gym instructor, I advise people to do this routine for the betterment of the body and for it to function normally. I am really glad that you posted this. I hope that parents could make this difference in their homes, so their kids will do the same thing. Thus, the whole family is healthy and fit.
