I don't think any fitness program can work for someone who is just not motivated enough. She will still eat the wrong food. She will not be disciplined enough to do the routine. All she care about is posting on social media about where she is as of the moment. I don't want to be blamed when these people don't get results. So before I accept students, I make sure they are determined because all I can do is teach. 80% of the improvement can only come from them.
