Biking seems like a fun exercise. Unfortunately, I still don't know how to ride a bike. I wasn't taught by my parents on how to ride a bike. I envy kids who are skilled in this field, because I'm already an adult and I still can't ride one. I should start learning how to ride a bike, so that I can also do your fitness program.
