I believe in the saying that health first before wealth. I am a full-time call center agent. My job is at night and as I do, I sleep in the evening. I have my company car so I don't have to worry about travelling. But I must say, that most of all, I worry about myself because I am struggling because of my health. I cannot work efficiently because I feel that I always gain weight. Hope that this routine will help me.
