I've seen a lot of fitness programs, but this is the best one yet. It doesn't seem too hard for certain newbies out there. It also fits the ones' who're only trying to get a better physique. Most programs out there are for those who want to have a big and bulky body. They don't seem to mind the ones who're genetically small.
