Fitness Program - Tuesday 5th June

Set 1:
Every 90 seconds for 9mins
Set 1 -2: 8 x Front Squats
Set 3 -4: 6 x Front Squats
Set 5 -6: 4 x Front Squats

Set 2:
EMOM for 12mins
a) 10 x Hip Extensions - Bench
b) 10m DB Walking Lunge

Set 3:
Every 4 mins for 15mins (x 4 sets)
2mins AMRAP of
10 Alt Dumbbell Snatch
10 Box Step-Ups (5 each leg)
Max Reps of Burpees

Rest 2 minutes between sets,

This is the perfect workout for a Sunday back program. Doing squats is good for improving your back and legs. I've been doing some of these exercises for a while now. I saw some improvements in my leg muscles and back form. I'll be continuing these programs and will do my best to do them properly.
