Set 2: (accesory circut)

EMOM for 10mins of:
A) 8 x Push Ups (tempo 2-1-2)
B) 12 x Incline Batwings 
C) 12 x Band Push Downs
D) 45 second Prone Cobra

Set 3: (conditioning)
12min AMRAP
5 x Burpees
10 x Box Jumps
15 x Russian KB Swings
