At VSC quality vs quantity is a big deal. No more hiding in the back of a large group training session for you, we keep our group numbers small so that you get a very personal and quality coaching session every time you come into train.

When we Train
Our extensive class timetable will leave you with no excuse not to get in and train. All of our classes have a cap to prevent over crowding so bookings are essential. Personal training is also available on request.
